I had a boiler go out on one of the coldest days this winter. Ed came out ASAP to see what he could to get my heat running. There was a crack in the boiler that could not be repaired as it would not solve the issue permanently. A person with less integrity would have applied a temporary patch and charged more money to come back out when it failed. I priced another company (Ed's suggestion). I already knew I was going with Ed and Sal but I checked just to see the pricing. Not only did Ed beat the other company but the salesperson made the statement, "a smaller company can install it but if anything goes wrong you'll never get them back out here." I told him you don't know Ed. That alone let me know I was right all along. You will not find anyone as honest and reliable. Ed always goes goes above and beyond. He was at the building within 20 minutes and was exceptional in his communication, explaining my options and keeping me apprised of his progress. Called them on when of the coldest days of the year when we realized our furnace had stopped working. Above just getting us onto their very busy repair schedule, Ed walked me through a diagnosis on the phone and told me to call him back if it didn’t work. When I called back he diagnosed the issue via FaceTime and walked me through the fix. Problem solved, heat working. Not only did they install a brand-new furnace and air conditioner, but they also meticulously removed the old units, ensuring that my home remained clean and tidy. I couldn’t believe how fast he called us after submitting an online request and on a Holiday weekend! He was able to get our heat up and running again and was so patient and knowledgeable. We will 100% have him back for our AC maintenance soon now that the weather is warming up! Hands down recommend and we already shared with six of our friends and family members. Only company will ever use for any heating and cooling needs.
