A/C specials include installation of furnaces to get the ball rolling and if available an evaporator coil with the central air conditioning system.

If the central air conditioner is working OK, consider a central air conditioner tune-up and maintenance check. This will ensure the A/C is clean and not struggling to operate.

Our central air conditioner tune ups for residential applications consist of cleaning the outdoor condenser, checking indoor furnace filter is clean and non restrictive. Other maintenance tasks include proper draining off  of the air conditioner evaporator coil. The drain pipe that’s either above or below the top of the furnace. If you have a down-flow furnace we check the drain pipe below the furnace.

Blower speeds are critical for central AC system operation. This is a routine part of our air conditioning maintenance.
