Our central air conditioner tune ups for residential applications consist of cleaning outdoor condenser, making sure indoor furnace filter is clean and non restrictive. Other maintenance tasks includes proper draining off of the air conditioner evaporator coil. The drain pipe thats either above the top of the furnace . If you have a down flow furnace we check the drain pipe below the furnace.
Blower speeds are critical for proper central a/c system operation. This is a procedure during our ac maintenance.
